LUKE ADSIC is an investment company established in accordance with the regulations of the Special Investment Purpose Companies ACT in Bulgaria. On June 27th, 2006 in Sofia, the constitutors of the Company laid down the foundation of a long-term and fruitful cooperation, which aims the financial prosperity of the shareholders and also contribution in further development of the Bulgarian economy as a whole.

One of the constitutors of LUKE ADSIC and main shareholder is Mr. Karl-Heinz Pfohe – appropriator and Managing Director of MOTO-PFOHE Ltd, the official importer-distributor of Ford, Volvo, Jaguar и Land Rover and one of the biggest foreign investors in Bulgaria. Mr. Pfohe is also well-known with his love for Bulgarian country and people.
LUKE ADSIC is managed by a Board of Directors. Executive Director is Mr. Atanas Furnadjiev.
